Reiki Classes

Anyone can learn Reiki. Practicing Reiki is an easy, natural process.

I teach Usui Shiki Ryoho - The Usui Method of Natural Healing.

All Reiki classes are taught in-person with the energy & ability transmitted directly from teacher to student through meditative attunements, sometimes called initiations.

I hold small, intimate classes so questions flow freely. Workshops are interactive, and we learn through practice.

Reiki 1 Classes

In First Degree class, you will be empowered to treat yourself and others in Usui Shiki Ryoho - The Usui Method of Natural Healing. In this introductory Reiki workshop, students will:

  • Apply a traditional hands-on practice and body pattern, in self treatment and on others

  • Learn the history and principles of Reiki practice

  • Perceive areas of reduced vitality, and to understand how dis-ease stores in the energetic body

  • Practice the Reiki meditation known as hatsurei ho

  • Receive many Reiki treatments

  • Reiki I class is a 16-hour commitment, and students receive four initiations

*Please call to schedule private classes of 2 or more.

Reiki 2 Classes

In Second Degree class, you will be introduced to three Reiki symbols enabling practitioners to send energy and perform treatments to support mental & emotional well-being. In the Reiki II workshop, students will:

  • Learn the three Reiki symbols and practice their use

  • Increase the power transmitted through your hands

  • Perform the mental treatment to support transformation in thinking & behavior

  • Practice distant treatments, sending Reiki to others from afar

  • Reiki II class is a 16-hour commitment, and students receive two initiations

* Reiki II class is only for students who have a regular self-treatment practice in place and 90 Days have passed since they were initiated into Reiki I.

** Reiki II class builds on the practice learned in Reiki I. Please do not register for this class if you have not studied first degree Usui Shiki Ryoho. Please call before registering if you did not study Reiki I with Diane Domondon.
