Reiki is Universal Life Energy
Reiki energy is universal - it has no bounds nor religion. It is in every living thing.
Reiki practice is a simple, natural process. With the guidance and initiation of a teacher, anyone can practice Reiki. The Reiki attunements from a teacher enable practitioners to channel and give Reiki energy. In Reiki, practitioners never give or take personal energy from recipients, and always feel better after practicing on themselves and others.
Usui Shiki Ryoho - The Usui Method of Natural Healing - is a traditional Japanese Reiki practice brought out of Japan by Hawayo Takata. Practitioners of Usui Shiki Ryoho recognize Mikao Usui - Chujiro Hayashi - Hawayo Takata - Phyllis Furumoto - Johannes Reindl as the bearers of our Reiki lineage.
